So far, Switzerland is: hanging out with my favorite foreign friends, delicious homecooked meals, laundry!!!, hot showers with great water pressure, comfy blow-up bed, good 2-for-1 drink specials at luzern bars, going to the Alps today! You win, Switzerland!
Today is going to be the most expensive day of our trip, because of the trams we're taking to the mountains, and because we're going to fondue for dinner tonight. But Alex and I have agreed that it's 100% worth the true Swiss experience. More later, and photos, but probably not until Sunday.

hello sunshine! it is cold and fall like weather today. still battling this wretched cold, now moving into my lungs and generally feel like crap. Ian and I watched 2 back to back romero zombie movies last night so I am all up to date on flesh eaters. some of them looked oddly like the clients I've been spending so much time with lately. Good times! team at office all day today working hard to get road show content ready to go and 3/4 of the office is sick with the same thing, hacking coughs etc. BLEAH! sold more stuff yesterday at moto, redo of their innovation center. some cool stuff. Very tired today. going to lay on couch in robe and veg. 2 more weeks until we GO!!! am so xcited. please be well, keep an eye out for pick pockets and thugs. xoxo mom
